GMW shall not be responsible for any denial of boarding, immigration refusal, service denial, additional cost, delay, cancellation or loss arising from absence of parental consent, guardianship proof, travel permission, identity document, passport, visa or any other document required for a minor Traveller.
PAYMENTS
8.1 Payment Terms
The booking amount, deposit and balance payment shall be payable strictly in accordance
with the payment schedule communicated by GMW.

For international packages, the final package cost may be dependent on the applicable rate of exchange, supplier currency, banking charges, remittance charges, card charges, currency fluctuation, tax changes and any other charges applicable at the time of booking, payment, confirmation or final settlement.
Any increase arising due to change in rate of exchange, supplier currency, foreign currency fluctuation, bank charges, remittance charges, government taxes or payment gateway charges shall be borne solely by the Traveller.

GMW reserves the right to verify the source, authenticity and legality of any payment received.
Where any payment appears suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorised or inconsistent with the details provided by the Traveller, GMW may seek additional information, supporting documents or payment verification before confirming, continuing or processing the booking.
Pending satisfactory verification, GMW may suspend, withhold or cancel the booking without liability.
8.7 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

The Traveller confirms that all funds used for payment originate from lawful sources and comply with applicable laws.
The Traveller shall not use GMW’s services for any fraudulent, unlawful, unauthorised, money laundering, identity theft, sanctions-related or prohibited financial activity.
GMW reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any booking where it reasonably believes that the payment, transaction or booking may be associated with any unlawful or suspicious financial activity.
ROLE OF GOIN' MY WAY TRAVELS
9.1 Independent Travel Facilitator
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Goin' My Way Travels ("GMW") acts as a
professional travel consultant, booking facilitator and intermediary between the Traveller and
independent travel service providers.
GMW does not own, operate or control airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise operators, transport
providers, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), sightseeing operators, activity
providers or any other independent supplier.
Accordingly, all such services remain subject to the terms, conditions and operational policies
of the respective supplier.
FLIGHTS & AIRLINE SERVICES
10.1 Airline Responsibility
All flights are operated solely by the respective airline.
Schedules, routes, aircraft types, baggage allowances, seating arrangements, meals, boarding
procedures and operational decisions remain entirely within the control of the airline.
10.2 Schedule Changes
Airlines may modify or cancel flight schedules without prior notice.
GMW shall endeavour to inform the Traveller of any changes communicated by the airline
but shall not be responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations made by the airline.
10.3 Baggage
Baggage allowance, excess baggage charges, cabin baggage restrictions and prohibited
articles shall be governed exclusively by the policies of the operating airline.
The Traveller is responsible for ensuring compliance with such policies.
10.4 Missed Flights
GMW shall not be responsible where the Traveller fails to board a flight due to:
- Late arrival at the airport
- Failure to carry valid travel documents
- Failure to complete immigration or security formalities
- Failure to comply with airline instructions; or
- Any other circumstance attributable to the Traveller.
10.5 Airline Refunds
Any refund relating to cancelled or modified airline tickets shall remain subject to the fare rules and refund policy of the respective airline.
GMW shall process eligible refunds only after receiving the corresponding amount from the airline, less any applicable service charges previously disclosed.
10.6 Airline Notifications & Operational Changes
The Traveller shall be responsible for checking the latest flight status, terminal information, baggage allowance, check-in requirements, boarding gate details, schedule updates, airline notifications and operational instructions directly with the operating airline prior to departure.
Airlines may change flight timings, terminals, aircraft, baggage rules, check-in counters, boarding gates, routes, transit requirements or other operational requirements at any time.
While GMW may share airline updates where reasonably available, the Traveller shall remain responsible for verifying the latest airline notifications before departure. GMW shall not be liable for any missed flight, denied boarding, additional cost, delay, loss or inconvenience arising from the Traveller's failure to check or comply with the latest airline instructions.
HOTELS, RESORTS & VILLAS
11.1 Accommodation Standards
Hotel classifications, star ratings, facilities, amenities and descriptions are based upon information supplied by the respective accommodation provider.
Such classifications may vary between countries and are not determined by GMW.
11.2 Check-in & Check-out
Hotel check-in and check-out timings shall be governed exclusively by the policies of the respective hotel.
Requests for early check-in, late check-out or room upgrades remain subject to availability and additional charges, unless expressly confirmed in writing.
11.3 Hotel / Resort Non-Availability & Alternative Accommodation
All hotel, resort, villa or accommodation bookings shall remain subject to availability and final confirmation by the respective accommodation provider.
Where the originally requested or quoted hotel, resort, villa, room category or accommodation option is not available at the time of booking or confirmation, GMW shall use reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative accommodation option of similar category, standard or commercial value, wherever reasonably available.
Where an alternative accommodation option is available at the same price or under the same offer conditions, such alternative accommodation may be confirmed in place of the originally requested accommodation, and the Traveller shall not be entitled to cancel the booking, claim a refund or seek compensation solely on the ground that the originally requested accommodation was unavailable.
Where no suitable alternative is available at the same price, offer, category or commercial terms, any additional cost, rate difference, tax, surcharge or supplementary charge applicable for the alternative accommodation shall be borne solely by the Traveller.
Refusal by the Traveller to proceed with the available alternative accommodation or refusal to pay the applicable cost difference shall be treated as cancellation or non-confirmation attributable to the Traveller, and any refund, if applicable, shall remain strictly subject to the cancellation policy of the relevant Supplier, non-refundable components and charges already incurred by GMW.
11.4 Security Deposit
Many hotels require a refundable security deposit at check-in.
Such deposits are collected directly by the hotel and are outside the control of GMW.
The Traveller shall be solely responsible for payment of such deposits and for any deductions made by the hotel in accordance with its policies.
11.5 Room Category & Room Allocation
Unless a specific room category, view, bedding type, floor, location or upgrade is expressly mentioned in the confirmed quotation, invoice or booking confirmation issued by GMW, the booking shall be deemed to include the base or lead-in room category offered by the relevant hotel, resort, villa or accommodation provider.
Room allocation, including floor, view, bedding configuration, adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, smoking or non-smoking preference and proximity to specific facilities, shall remain subject to the availability, policies and operational discretion of the respective accommodation provider.
Any upgrade, specific room view, special room placement or preferred allocation shall be treated as a request only unless expressly confirmed in writing by GMW and the relevant accommodation provider.
CRUISES
12.1 Cruise Operator Policies
Cruise bookings shall remain subject to the terms, conditions and operational policies of the respective cruise operator.
12.2 Itinerary Changes
Cruise operators may modify sailing schedules, ports of call, embarkation times or itineraries due to weather conditions, port restrictions, operational requirements, safety considerations or governmental directives.
Such modifications shall not constitute a breach by GMW.
12.3 On-board Services
All services provided onboard the cruise, including accommodation, meals, entertainment, excursions and onboard purchases, shall remain the responsibility of the cruise operator.
TRANSFERS & TRANSPORTATION
13.1 Transfer Services
Airport transfers, intercity transfers and other transportation services shall be provided by independent transport operators.
Vehicle type, driver allocation and operational logistics remain subject to availability.
13.2 Delays
The Traveller shall promptly inform GMW or the transport provider of any flight delays or schedule changes affecting the booked transfer.
GMW shall not be responsible where transfer services are missed due to the Traveller's failure to provide timely information.
SIGHTSEEING, TOURS & ACTIVITIES
14.1 Third-Party Activities
Sightseeing tours, adventure activities, theme parks, safaris, water sports and other optional experiences are operated by independent third-party suppliers.
Participation shall remain subject to the supplier's safety requirements, age restrictions, operational policies and weather conditions.
14.2 Traveller Responsibility
The Traveller participates in such activities voluntarily and assumes responsibility for ensuring that they satisfy the applicable health, fitness and safety requirements.
14.3 Cancellation of Activities
Activities may be cancelled, postponed or modified due to weather conditions, operational requirements, safety concerns, insufficient participation or circumstances beyond the control of GMW.
Any refund shall remain subject to the policy of the respective supplier.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Requests relating to adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, bed preferences, smoking or non-smoking rooms, wheelchair assistance, dietary requirements, anniversary arrangements, honeymoon amenities or any other special request shall be communicated by GMW to the relevant supplier.
However, all such requests remain subject to availability and confirmation by the respective supplier.
Unless expressly confirmed in writing, no special request shall be deemed guaranteed.
MEDICAL FITNESS & SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
16.1 Medical Fitness & Disclosure
The Traveller is responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to undertake the booked journey.
Any requirement relating to reduced mobility, pregnancy, medical equipment, oxygen support, wheelchair assistance or other special assistance must be disclosed to Goin' My Way Travels ("GMW") as early as reasonably practicable and, wherever possible, at the time of booking.
While GMW shall use reasonable efforts to communicate such requirements to the relevant Supplier, the availability and provision of such assistance cannot be guaranteed and shall remain subject to the relevant Supplier's policies, procedures, operational requirements and service availability.
SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY
Airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport providers, DMCs and other travel suppliers are independent entities.
GMW shall not be responsible for:
- Acts or omissions of suppliers;
- Changes in supplier policies;
- Operational failures;
- Service deficiencies;
- Overbooking;
- Strikes;
- Lockouts;
- Insolvency;
- Bankruptcy; or
- Any other matter beyond the reasonable control of GMW.
Where reasonably practicable, GMW shall assist the Traveller in communicating with the relevant supplier and seeking an appropriate resolution.
SUPPLIER INSOLVENCY
In the event that any Supplier becomes insolvent, ceases operations, suspends services, enters liquidation, bankruptcy or financial default, or is otherwise unable to perform the contracted travel services, GMW shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Traveller in communicating with the Supplier and exploring available alternatives, wherever reasonably practicable.
GMW shall not be liable for any refund, compensation, financial loss, service failure, non-performance, damages or consequential loss arising from the insolvency, liquidation, bankruptcy, closure, suspension, operational failure or financial default of any independent Supplier.
Where any amount is actually recovered or received by GMW from the relevant Supplier, liquidator, administrator, insolvency process, refund process or any other recovery mechanism in respect of the affected booking, GMW’s obligation, if any, shall be limited only to passing on the net amount actually received by GMW in relation to that booking, subject to applicable deductions, non-recoverable charges and charges already incurred.
Where any refund, credit, voucher or settlement is made available directly by the Supplier, liquidator, administrator or recovery process to the Traveller, GMW may provide reasonable assistance, wherever practicable, but shall not be required to fund, advance or independently pay such amount from its own account.
GMW shall not be required to fund, advance, compensate, top-up or make good any shortfall between the amount paid by the Traveller and the amount actually recovered or received from the relevant Supplier or recovery process.
Nothing contained in this Clause shall be construed as creating any independent guarantee, insurance, indemnity, refund assurance or payment obligation on the part of GMW in respect of any Supplier’s insolvency, financial default or operational failure.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Traveller is solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all valid travel documents required for the proposed journey, including but not limited to:

The Traveller shall ensure that their passport is in good condition and suitable for international travel.
GMW shall not be responsible where boarding, immigration clearance or entry is refused due to a damaged, altered, expired or otherwise unacceptable passport.

Where requested, GMW may assist the Traveller in preparing and submitting visa applications through authorised embassies, consulates, visa processing centres or approved agencies.
Such assistance is provided solely as a facilitation service and shall not constitute any guarantee of visa approval.

The grant, refusal, duration, validity, conditions or cancellation of any visa remains the exclusive decision of the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
GMW has no authority or influence over such decisions.
21.3 Accuracy of Documents
The Traveller warrants that all information, documents and declarations submitted for visa purposes are complete, true and accurate.
The Traveller shall remain solely responsible for any consequences arising from false, misleading, incomplete or forged information or documentation.
21.4 Visa Processing Time
Visa processing times are estimates only and may vary depending upon the relevant authority.
GMW shall not be liable for delays caused by embassies, visa processing centres, government authorities or any third-party agency.
21.5 Visa Fees
Visa fees, service charges, biometric fees, courier charges and other government-imposed costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise provided by the relevant authority.
IMMIGRATION & BORDER CONTROL
22.1 Immigration Clearance
Admission into any country remains entirely at the discretion of the immigration authorities of that country.
Possession of a valid visa, confirmed booking or return ticket does not guarantee entry.
22.2 Refusal of Entry
Where entry is refused by immigration authorities, GMW shall not be responsible for:
- Loss of holiday;
- Additional accommodation costs;
- Return transportation;
- Missed services;
- Financial losses; or

GMW shall not be responsible for penalties, confiscation of goods, fines, prosecution, detention or any other action arising from the Traveller's breach of local laws or regulations.
COMPLIANCE WITH OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS
The Traveller acknowledges that travel requirements may change after a booking has been confirmed.
It is the Traveller's responsibility to monitor and comply with all applicable requirements, including:
- Passport validity;
- Visa conditions;
- Transit requirements;
- Entry formalities;
- Health declarations;
- Vaccination requirements; and
- Any official notifications issued by the relevant authorities prior to departure.
Failure to comply with such requirements shall remain solely the responsibility of the Traveller and shall not constitute grounds for refund or compensation from Goin' My Way Travels, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELLER
26.1 Cancellation Request
Any request to cancel a confirmed booking shall be submitted by the Traveller in writing through Goin' My Way Travels' ("GMW") official email address or any other authorised communication channel.
A cancellation shall become effective only upon written acknowledgement by GMW.

The Traveller shall be liable for any resulting increase in cost together with all applicable cancellation charges.
26.4 Unused Services
No refund shall ordinarily be payable for any confirmed travel service which is voluntarily not utilised, only partially utilised or discontinued after commencement of travel, unless expressly permitted under the applicable policy of the relevant Supplier.
CANCELLATION BY GOIN' MY WAY OR THE SUPPLIER
27.1 Supplier Cancellation
Where a Supplier cancels, withdraws or materially modifies any confirmed travel service, GMW shall use reasonable commercial efforts to:
- (a) obtain an alternative service of comparable standard, where reasonably available;
- (b) secure any refund or credit offered by the Supplier; or
- (c) assist the Traveller in identifying suitable alternatives.
Any refund shall remain subject to the policy of the relevant Supplier and the amount actually recovered by GMW.
27.2 Cancellation by GMW
GMW reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking where:
- (a) payment has not been received within the stipulated time;
- (b) fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful activity is detected;
- (c) false, misleading or forged information or documents have been submitted;

29.1 Refund Eligibility
All refunds shall be processed strictly in accordance with the applicable policies of the relevant Supplier together with these Terms & Conditions.
The submission of a refund request shall not automatically entitle the Traveller to receive a refund.
29.2 Supplier Refunds
Where GMW has made payment to a Supplier on behalf of the Traveller, any eligible refund shall be processed by GMW within a reasonable period after the corresponding refundable amount has been received from the relevant Supplier.
Nothing contained herein shall oblige GMW to advance refunds prior to receipt of funds from the Supplier, except where otherwise required under applicable law.
